Rachael Butler grew up in Central Florida and received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University. For a time, she worked in Times Square, NYC as the Executive Assistant to the founder and CEO of a staffing company. Rachael has completed a Master's in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary and joins City Church as a counselor and faculty member of Newbigin Fellowship. Rachael desires to walk alongside those who are struggling in relationships, self image, spirituality, gender identity, vocation, marriage and a range of other issues. She enjoys incorporating a number of clinical techniques into her therapy to meet the specific needs of each of her clients. |

Jay grew up in the Central Florida area and is a graduate of the University of Florida (degree in Finance) and Reformed Theological Seminary (MDiv and MA degrees). He has a heart for walking with those who experience the brokenness of their own life, the city, and the world. Jay and his bride Debbie have been married for seven incredible years and have a son named Isaac. |

Johnny has worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida for the past several years. Over the last decade, he received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida followed by a Master's degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. After graduation, he took a position at University Presbyterian church where he initiated and ran a successful counseling ministry. In 2011, Johnny accepted a position at City Church San Francisco. He, his wife Christy and their dog Maya moved across the country from the sweltering heat of Orlando to the moderate, beautiful days by the bay. While working in Orlando, Johnny developed specializations in group therapy and sexual addiction recovery as well as a passion for quality psychology and theology integration. |

Chuck has enjoyed a fluid combination of pastoral ministry, clinical counseling, and seminary teaching for the past 10 years, most of it spent in Orlando, FL. In 2008, he took a position with City Church San Francisco in its new Newbigin House of Studies, where he is involved in developing both the theological center and counseling center, and where he teaches courses in soul care, theology, worldview, and more. Chuck holds a PhD in Psychology with a special emphasis in the psychology and theology of soul care and spiritual formation. He enjoys his incredible wife of 15 years - Sara - and two beautiful and fully alive daughters - Emma and Maggie. |

Lisa is a San Diego native who is passionate about the intersection of art, psychology, and spirituality. After earning a degree in Religious Studies from Westmont College, she taught high school for four years before eventually pursuing a master’s degree in Art Therapy/Marriage & Family Therapy from Loyola Marymount University. In her counseling practice, Lisa frequently employs creative techniques to help people find healing, wholeness, and new ways of connecting with self, God, and others. Lisa is married to her soulmate, Josh, and together they have three beautiful and energetic kids—Eden, Rhythm and Xander. |
Ann ParsonsCounselor |
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Ann received her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego, but returned back to the Bay where she gained a Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Cañada College and a Masters degree in Counseling from San Francisco State University. Ann interned for several years at the Family Service Agency of Marin, where she specialized in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and served as the Psychiatry Program Coordinator. She has also worked as a staff counselor at First Resort Pregnancy Consulting. Together with her husband, Ann enjoys travel, music, cooking, and outdoor activity. |
