A discipleship group is a group of 3-4 people who challenge, equip, and empower each other to live as disciples of Christ. People in a group are transformed as they engage a deeper way to live for Christ.

Many Christian Education programs teach people about discipleship - about what a disciple does and about things people can do to be more like a disciple of Christ. Discipleship groups, however, move people beyond simply knowing about discipleship to being disciples.
