Jonathan spent most of his life in South Florida and Chicago before moving to San Francisco. He is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary - Orlando (M.Div.) and, being a major coffee-geek, had the opportunity to start a few specialty espresso bars while in seminary. Before all that, Jonathan worked as an attorney in Chicago focusing on civil rights litigation and non-profit organizations. He has also assisted in a couple church planting projects in Chicago and Fort Lauderdale. He and his wife Kristen were married in 2008 and have a young son named Noah.
