Before coming to City Church, Stephen spent most of his life in South Florida.  He graduated from Florida State University in 2006 with a degree in Political Science concentrating in Classical Civilization.  After graduation he moved back to South Florida where he completed his Masters in Christianity and Culture from Knox Theological Seminary in Fort Lauderdale.  He then went on to pursue his MDIV at Knox while managing a small chain of specialty coffee shops.  Stephen moved to San Francisco this past July and is working with Anni Mingin in the Spiritual Formation Ministry.
