Every couple that wants a City Church pastor to officiate needs to take the pre-marriage course that we offer called Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts. Contact Stephen Gundlach to learn dates for the next class.

Also, you’ll need to meet with the pastor for a "qualifying" session in which the pastor will decide whether he or she can officiate.

If the pastor can officiate, premarital counseling is scheduled. A minimum of three pre-marital counseling sessions will be required before the wedding and then a fourth meeting where the practical details of the wedding are discussed.

We ask each couple to sign and return a wedding agreement which informs you in more detail of the wedding process and lists the specific fees associated with your wedding.  This agreement ensures we’re all agreeing to the same thing.  A generic version of this agreement can be found at the bottom of this page.
