Providence:
Following Jesus in mission means listening to how God is at work and following his provision. In terms of God's provision, the Mission makes most sense, notably because God has provided the right person to pastor the site in the Mission: Matt Nault.

Pragmatics:
Most of our church lives within 2 miles of the Russian Center. Compared to this, 10% of City Church lives in the Mission District area, which gives enough of an overlap for a good, fresh, hot start in a new location that we are not currently reaching to our fullest potential.
