Leland House

Leland House provides permanent placement and on-site care to low-income San Francisco residents who have disabling HIV/AIDS – most of whom struggle with major co-occurring psychiatric disorders and substance use challenges.

Leland House is looking for volunteers to provide assistance and transportation to medical appointments for clients with HIV/AIDS. You will need your own vehicle. The residents at Leland House need help getting to and from the doctor, and volunteers are invaluable in providing this service.  You must fill out a registration form to participate.  We are hoping for a 6-month commitment.

You can read about Leland House's work on the Catholic Charities website
