John 19:30
30When Jesus had received the wine, he said, “It is finished.” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
In his death, Jesus finished the work that he came to do: delivering our broken, wayward creation back into the hands of our loving God by absorbing all of our anger and sin and fear into himself. Quietly reflect on this, and give him your loving praise.
